It wasn’t easy being a werewolf, definitely when you had a small child to look after. Tyler tried his best though, he was lucky that Isaac’s mother had him for the majority of the week, he only got him a few days of the week, because when he had a bad day it was no place for a child to be. He admitted that he was wrong a lot of the time when it came to his behaviour when he turned but he couldn’t help who he was, he was a werewolf. It was worst when Isaac was smaller and when Tyler changed he would still run to his father and hug him, warming the heart of a beast his ex girlfriend always used to say, this was when they were still together, they split up a couple of years ago. He sat at his laptop while the television was playing replays of his basketball team’s last game, him marking the good and bad points of the game on his laptop. Until Evie started talking to him and the tv was turned off and Isaac was left to run round the house and basically do whatever he wished. He grinned when she typed back and was quick to return a message to her, they agreed on seeing each other tonight and he knew it was going to be nice, she was a lovely person in general and healer’s always seemed to give a loving aura when they were around.
He stood after finishing the conversation and watched as his son jumped off the bottom step of the stairs and headed towards the kitchen, that kid honestly didn’t have a care in the world. Ty followed and picked up the little man in his arm without him knowing and snarled down his ear playing with her, Isaac giggled frantically before Tyler placed him on his hip and opened the fridge to get him a bottle of juice and a cookie as he asked so politely, he gave them over and watched as the boy finished them before putting him down. Dude it’s nearly bed time, go upstairs and get ready please he asked and the four year old plodded up the stairs, not too impressed that it was nearly time for him to go to bed. Tyler chuckled before grabbing a series of toys that lay on the ground and placed them back to where they should be. Then he began thinking about Evie, she was a nice girl, she was good for him and she was damn pretty, part of him wanted to see if he could get anything out of their friendship but at the same time he didn’t want to force her away from him, so there was pros and cons to everything. He heard the doorbell ring and he quickly kicked the remainder of the toys out of sight before flicking a hand through his hair and opened the door, seeing Evie stood in front of him.
Hey he simply said before Isaac pushed his way through Tyler’s legs and looked up to Evie Evie! Hi! Daddy’s making me go to bed, tell him I can stay up please? the youngster pleaded before Tyler laughed and ruffled up his hair a little before allowing Evie inside He’s lucky he is cute half of the time he spoke as he shut the door behind Evie and gestured towards the living room, where it seemed to be the cleanest part of the house, and totally toy free. There was some sheets of paper on the coffee table with diagrams of basketball plays but it was nothing special.

The day that Evie found out about her 'power', was a day she remembered as if it only happened yesterday. She was nine at the time, her grandmother had just past away, and she was at her funeral with her parents. Surprisingly the young girl's attention wasn't caught by the coffin, but by a little bird that seemed to have hurt it's wing, unable to fly. Evie instantly went over to the little thing, leaving the funeral, though no one seemed to notice, merely thinking the girl was having a hard time coping with the loss. Though the thing that truly made the biggest impact on Evie that day, was what happened when she picked up the bird, in her hands, careful not to squish it. As if it was touched by some kind of a miracle, the bird's wing seemed to glow for a second, before the bird chirped at her and flew off, like it had never even been hurt in the first place. That simple event was enough for Evie to know that she was different. At first she thought she had been wrong, and that the bird was never hurt, that she had just imagined it. But when she came home and dead flowers spontaneously gained life again. That's when she knew. Evie never thought of her power as something that made her a freak, or anything bad, she always considered it as a gift. Evie was smart enough to know that not everyone would appreciate her gift, though she kept it a secret, which wasn't easy. Especially not for a girl who is always wanting to help others, seeing people hurt, hurt her. She could feel it when someone needed her help and she wasn't one to ignore it. Her parents soon found out about her gift, as well as some of her closest friends.. and of course there's the other people with superhuman abilities. Abilities that Evie was jealous of, things way cooler than healing people.
Like her friend Tyler, notorious werewolf. Well Evie was jealous of his shapeshifter ability, since it came with some major downsides as well. Evie had never really been close with Tyler, until she was strolling through the dark woods one day and found him, wounded, clearly attacked by something. She could have left him right there, but she couldn't do that to him. Even though she knew about his control problems, she helped him out, healing his wounds. That was pretty much the turning point for their relationship, ever since then the two were friends. She even got to see a side of him that she never knew existed, a nice and gentle side, funny even. Evie was browsing on her laptop when she saw Tyler's plea, so she couldn't help herself, she just had to reply. A smile was found on Evie's lips when she turned off her laptop, giving herself a once over in the mirror, before making her way out of her place, heading to Tyler's place. She wasn't sure what to expect really, but she was sure she would have a good time. Hell, she would have a good time by just looking at him, the guy was gorgeous, even Evie had to admit that.
It was a short walk from Evie's place to Tyler's, a mere ten minutes or so, as she pushed the doorbell, she took a step back, biting on her lower lip for a second, before releasing it. The door was opened a few seconds later, causing another smile to come on the girl's face when she saw Tyler. "Hi." she replied, grinning as Isaac pushed his way through his father's legs. Evie had always found the little guy the most adorable kid on the planet. She gasped at his words. "He's making you go to bed?! How dare he!" she said, playing along with him. "Well if I have a say in it, I think you can stay up for just a little longer. she added, glancing at Tyler, as she stepped into the house, making her way to the living room, surprised by how clean the place looked, apart from the papers covering the coffee table. "Half of the time? He's always cute." she laughed, sitting herself down on the sofa.

Tyler found out that he was different from normal people when he felt angry and pissed off all the time, in his teenage years he spent a lot of time in the forests and fighting with people at school before one day when he stood in the woods he was approached by werewolves, it was pretty damn scary for a boy of his age, only sixteen years old. They changed in front of his eyes and his father that left him when he was a small boy appeared in front of him, they sat for hours about what was happening to him and days later he transformed into a werewolf for the first time and that was the day he became a werewolf. He didn’t know what to do with his powers when he first got them, he had to be home schooled and the small group of friends he had learnt the truth about him, some left him and the other stuck around and where still friends to him today. He joined his father’s pack and they hunted most nights to express their natural behaviour and it was also easier to control yourself if you were able to hunt at night and get all of that extra energy out of you. He wasn’t bother about who he was, though a lot of people cared about his anger issues, he had a son and he could be very dangerous around him, when he was turning he was not nice about it and leaving a small child on their own was a bad idea and his mother soon saw this and left him two years ago, which broke Tyler’s heart.
As he heard the doorbell ring he smiled widely as he wandered towards the door and opened it, they exchanged a small greeting before the small child pushed through his father’s legs and looked up to Evie, as I stated before he was a little monster when he wanted to be. Tyler laughed when Isaac pleaded with Evie to convince his father to allow him to stay up later, though it was already past his bedtime but the youngster didn’t look like he was going to sleep anytime soon. When she said that she would let him stay up a little longer Tyler smiled at her before picking up the youngster and shut the door, allowing Evie into his home. It was nothing special, good enough for a small family but most of the time it was just Tyler, but he lived near the woods which was good for him when he needed to go out and blow off some steam. When she stated that his son was cute all of the time he grinned and looked at the little man in his arms before putting him on the floor and was only given a harsh state from the youngster who jumped onto the couch with Evie and sat with her. Looks like I’m being banned from the couch by the little guy Tyler spoke before walking towards the kitchen. I’m not a little kid dad the youngster groaned before smiling up at Evie does this mean you and daddy are together? he blurted out before Tyler looked from the kitchen and stared at him, that kind of look that said ‘you really shouldn’t say things like that’.
